We send the lead plus your ICP, questions, disqualifiers and rules to Claude. It judges three things separately — fit (/40), intent (/40) and urgency (/20) — and returns evidence for each. We do the arithmetic and the verdict, not the model: your total, an A–D grade and whether it clears the alert threshold you set. That means changing your threshold instantly re-grades your existing leads, and a disqualifier always caps the score.
Not today — we score what the lead actually tells you, and we never guess facts that weren’t provided. If something important is missing (budget, authority, timeline) we say so explicitly and suggest it as the next question to ask. Third-party enrichment is on our roadmap, not in the product.
Every score shows its full breakdown — fit, intent and urgency out of 40/40/20 — plus the reasoning, so you can see exactly why.
