What's included

Custom scope

You pick the topic: market sizing, competitor teardown, customer research, regulatory landscape, technology scan.

Sourced, or labelled

Each figure is either matched to a named public source, or labelled a modelled estimate shown with its assumptions — never presented as a measured fact. Minimum 25 reachability-checked sources; the exact count is printed in your report.

Executive summary

One page; the so-what for your CEO, every claim traceable to the body.

Structured report

Scope statement, executive summary, market sizing with the build-up shown, competitive landscape, demand signals, regulatory and macro, opportunity, recommendations, methodology and limitations.

Optional live readout

A 45-minute readout and Q&A is available on request, booked after delivery. It is not included in the $1,500 and depends on availability.

How it works

Day 0–1
Written scoping. You complete a structured form; we return the exact question set, what is in and explicitly out of scope, and your delivery date. Nothing starts until you confirm that scope in writing.
Day 2–4
Research. The confirmed questions are expanded into a query plan and executed against public web sources; every source retrieved is recorded with its URL and the date it was retrieved.
Day 4–5
Analysis and drafting, strictly against the retrieved sources.
Day 5
Verification. Automated checks run over the draft; anything that fails is cut or relabelled a modelled estimate.
Delivery
Within 7 business days of confirmed scope. The report lands in your portal, with the report PDF attached to your delivery email. If a check fails we hold it and tell you; that can add up to two business days. One revision round is included for 14 days.

FAQs

How is this different from a Google search?

A search gives you links. This gives you a decision. Your questions become a structured research plan; sources are retrieved and recorded; each quoted figure is matched back to its source and each derived figure shows its arithmetic and cites every input; sizing is built up from stated assumptions you can stress-test; and the output is a prioritised recommendation with the evidence trail attached, so you can check any conclusion yourself.

Can you research my private competitors?

We profile them from publicly reachable material — their own website and pricing pages, public announcements and press, published customer reviews, and any public register or regulator listing that exists for their jurisdiction. Where a private company leaves no public trail, we say so rather than infer.

What if the research uncovers a deal-killer?

That is the point. The report states it plainly, sources it, and the recommendations section deals with it directly — including a do-not-proceed option where the evidence supports one.

Is this primary research?

No. This is desk research: public and publicly-licensed secondary sources, plus explicitly-labelled modelled estimates built from stated assumptions. There are no customer or expert interviews. Any figure that could not be traced to a public source is shown as a modelled estimate with its assumption chain and a confidence level, never as a measured fact.

What if my question can't be answered to this standard?

If there aren't enough public sources to meet our sourcing standard, we tell you before the deadline and you choose: re-scope at no charge, or a full refund. We do not ship a report that fails verification, and we do not keep the fee for one.

How is the report produced?

By an automated research and analysis pipeline operating under a fixed methodology: source recording, claim-to-source binding, reachability checks, numeric consistency checks and a fabrication screen, all of which must pass before anything is released. The method, the research date range and the known limitations are stated inside every report. A report that fails verification is held and reviewed rather than sent.

Languages?

English by default. An Arabic executive summary and recommendations are available on request at no extra cost; a full Arabic report is quoted separately.

Do you handle GCC-specific topics?

Yes. GCC and wider MENA scopes are supported, including region-specific regulators and official statistics agencies, and local-language sources where they are publicly available.
