Engagement process

How an engagement works

Four phases, from first conversation to a system running in production — with the deliverable, the timeline, and the person accountable spelled out at each step. Fixed scope, fixed price, full handover.

1

Discovery

Deliverable: opportunity map · Timeline: free review, or ~1 week for a paid audit

We start with a free AI Review, or a paid AI Strategy Audit ($2,000–$8,000) for a deeper diagnostic. We map where AI can pay back in your business, score each opportunity by impact and effort, and — for the audit — return a reconciled ROI model and a costed 90-day roadmap.

What we need from you: a short conversation about your goals, and access to describe your current tools and data. No commitment to build.

2

Scope & fixed quote

Deliverable: statement of work · Timeline: a few days

We turn the chosen opportunity into a written scope: what will be built, what it will do, the acceptance criteria, and a fixed price and fixed timeline — agreed before any build begins. No open-ended hourly bills.

What we need from you: sign-off on the scope and the target outcome.

3

Build & deploy

Deliverable: a working system in production · Timeline: 1–12 weeks by scope

We design, build, and deploy the AI system into production. Most custom builds ship in 2–8 weeks; smaller ones faster. You get a single point of contact and visible progress — this is "deployed, not demoed," so the outcome is a running system, not a slide deck.

What we need from you: access to the systems it integrates with, and timely review at the agreed checkpoints.

4

Handover & support

Deliverable: full code + IP + docs · Timeline: at go-live

We hand over 100% of the code and IP — source, prompts, configurations, integration code, and documentation. From there you can run it entirely yourself, or keep us on an optional growth retainer for monitoring and new automations. A sovereign on-prem option keeps regulated data inside your own walls.

What you walk away with: a system you own outright, with no vendor lock-in.

Who owns your engagement

A named human is accountable — not just automation

Every engagement has a single accountable owner: founder and principal Muath Alshuhail. He sets the direction and is the point of contact and escalation path for your project. The AI agent fleet does the production work continuously — but a named human is answerable for the outcome.

Reach the accountable owner: info@hibr.ai · we reply within one business day.

Frequently asked questions

How does a Hibr AI engagement start?

With a free AI Review, or a paid AI Strategy Audit ($2,000–$8,000, about one week) that maps where AI pays back and returns a costed roadmap. You then choose a scope to build.

Who is accountable for my engagement?

A named human principal — founder Muath Alshuhail — is accountable for every engagement and is your point of contact and escalation path at info@hibr.ai. The AI agent fleet does the production work under that accountability.

When is the price and timeline fixed?

At the scope phase, before any build begins. You approve a fixed price and a fixed timeline in the statement of work, so there are no open-ended hourly bills.

What do I get at handover?

100% of the source code and IP, the prompts and configurations, integration code, and documentation to run it. You can self-host it, extend it, or keep Hibr AI on an optional retainer.
