We are a UAE business, but our production systems are not hosted in the UAE. Our application and database run on Hostinger infrastructure located in the United Kingdom, and AI processing is performed by Anthropic in the United States. Customer Data is therefore processed outside the UAE, relying on the transfer mechanisms permitted under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) — contractual safeguards with each provider and, where required, your consent.
If you require data residency inside the UAE (or any other specific country), we cannot meet that on our standard Services today. Please tell us before purchasing rather than after.

If we add or replace a sub-processor we will update this page and give notice as set out in the DPA. If you have a reasonable data-protection objection to a new sub-processor, write to info@hibr.ai and we will work with you in good faith; if we cannot resolve it, you may terminate the affected Service and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.
