Quick = fast cleanup (fills holes, fixes normals, ~15s). Deep = rebuilds a solid, single-body guaranteed-watertight mesh (~1–2 min, runs in the background — keep using the studio).
Tip: STL is for 3D printing; GLB/OBJ for games & AR. The quick STL button is a raw export — use “Check & repair” for a guaranteed-watertight print file.
