Pre-launch — monitoring not yet live
HIBR's production systems launch in October 2026. This page becomes a live status dashboard at that point, updated every 60 seconds from independent monitoring sources.
Real-time visibility into every HIBR system component your business depends on. Live monitoring launches with the product in October 2026; until then this page documents what we're committing to publish and how we'll handle incidents when they happen.
When HIBR goes live in October 2026, this page becomes a real-time dashboard. Specifically:
Every incident is tagged with one of four severities. The classification governs response time, communication frequency, and SLA credit eligibility (see the SLA for credit details).
When an incident is declared:
For every SEV-1 and SEV-2 incident, a public post-incident review (PIR) is published within 5 business days. The PIR documents what happened, root cause, customer impact, what we changed to prevent recurrence, and timeline. We do not delete or revise PIRs after publication.
The road to a live status dashboard:
Synthetic checks running every 60s from 3 regions. Engineering team receives alerts via PagerDuty.
This page shows live component status to internal team. External feed not yet public.
Production launch. This page becomes public real-time dashboard. Subscriptions open.
30-day and 90-day rolling uptime per component visible publicly. RSS + webhook subscriptions live.
Reserve a beta seat — we'll email you when live monitoring goes public and again on launch day.
