Acceptable Use Policy — HIBR 3D

By using HIBR 3D you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. We may update this AUP; continued use means acceptance.

1. Spirit of this policy

HIBR 3D turns text and images into 3D models. You are responsible for what you create and how you use it. We do not permit HIBR 3D to be used to create harmful, illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

2. Strictly prohibited — zero tolerance (immediate, permanent ban; reported to authorities where required)

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. We report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law and preserve evidence.
• Functional weapons. Any model intended or reasonably usable to manufacture (including by 3D printing) a firearm or firearm component (including receivers, barrels, magazines, auto-sears, forced-reset triggers), a suppressor, an explosive or other ordnance, or any other functional weapon. This is prohibited globally regardless of local law.

3. Prohibited content (removal, strikes, and account termination)

You may not create, upload, or distribute via HIBR 3D: - Sexual, pornographic, or explicit-nudity content (HIBR 3D is a non-adult platform). - Content that promotes hatred, harassment, or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age. - Graphic violence or gore intended to shock or disturb; content promoting or glorifying terrorism or violent extremism. - Content promoting or facilitating self-harm or suicide. - A real, identifiable person's likeness without their consent, particularly for commercial use, sale, or 3D printing. - Content that infringes intellectual property (copyrighted characters, artworks, designs) or trademarks (logos, brands). - Private or personal information of others (doxxing). - Deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonating content intended to mislead or cause harm. - Illegal goods or services, or instructions to facilitate illegal activity. - Files containing malware, malicious scripts, or harmful embedded code.

4. Restricted / use-with-care

• Realistic anatomy strictly for legitimate medical or educational purposes (not sexual).
• Non-functional display replicas of historical or fictional weapons, only where clearly marked as solid, scaled, or decorative and never validated for functional fabrication. When in doubt, we will block.
• Mild or stylized violence in a clear game/fiction context.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Circumventing or attempting to bypass our safety filters or rate limits.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Using outputs to train a competing AI model.
• Sharing your account or using it to generate content for banned users.

6. Enforcement

We use automated and human review. We may filter, block, remove, quarantine, suspend, or terminate content or accounts that violate this AUP. Repeat infringers will be terminated. Tier-0 violations (CSAM, functional weapons) result in immediate permanent ban and, where required, reporting to authorities. See our DMCA Policy for copyright claims. Minimum age to use HIBR 3D is 13 (with the consents described in our Terms).
