A valid notice must include: 1. Your physical or electronic signature. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. 3. Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL/model ID) sufficient for us to locate it. 4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone). 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law. 6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.
Upon a valid notice we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user.
The affected user may submit a counter-notice including: their signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; consent to jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE; and contact information. If valid, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action.
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers (consistent with our strikes policy and the Acceptable Use Policy).
Knowingly filing false notices or counter-notices may result in liability under §512(f).
