Why we built it
Walk into any SMB in Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi and you'll find the same three problems stacked on top of each other: an accounting tool that doesn't know UAE law, a POS that doesn't talk to it, and a website with payment links that doesn't reconcile to either.
The owner pays 600–1,400 a month for the stack. Then pays an accountant another 1,000–3,000 a quarter to copy numbers between them. Then sweats every VAT 201 deadline because no software in this market files directly to FTA EmaraTax.
We built HIBR ERP because that should not still be the state of things in 2026.
The four wedges
1 · Auto-file to FTA
VAT 201 and Corporate Tax returns submit straight into EmaraTax. Not "export then upload" — submit.
2 · AI Tax Co-pilot in Arabic
Ask "هل أنا مؤهل للإعفاء الضريبي للأعمال الصغيرة؟" and get an answer with the law reference.
3 · E-invoicing ready
PEPPOL PINT-AE format wired and tested before the July 2026 mandate hits.
4 · Bundled pricing
199/499/14,990 a month replaces a stack costing 600–2,500. Same compliance, fewer logins.
Built in the UAE, for the UAE
Data lives in AWS me-central-1 (Bahrain) — inside the GCC, compliant with Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 (PDPL). The product ships in Arabic and English from day one, with right-to-left typography that actually renders correctly. Every screen knows the difference between a Free Zone entity, a Mainland LLC, and a sole establishment — because they're treated differently by the FTA, MOHRE, and the DED.
Who we serve
UAE SMBs from sole-trader Lite (199) to multi-location Enterprise (14,990/yr). F&B, retail, services, e-commerce, professional firms. If you file VAT in the UAE, HIBR ERP fits.
What "deployed, not demoed" means
Six AI demos are live and answerable right now at hibr.ai/erp/demo/ — Tax Co-pilot, Receipt OCR, Cash Flow, Website Builder, ROI Calculator, Audit Pack Generator. Try them. They're not videos. They're not "request a demo" buttons. They run on Claude and answer with UAE law references.
That's the standard. Every feature ships when it works on real data with a real customer's books — not when it looks good in a deck.
