One-click ship from order or POS. Order in HIBR → "Ship via Aramex" → choose service (Same-Day, Next-Day, Regional, International) → AWB generated, label prints, customer gets a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp.
Auto-rate at quote time. When you generate a quote with delivery, HIBR queries Aramex's live rate API based on origin, destination, weight, and dimensions — so the customer sees the right shipping charge before payment.
Live tracking inside the order. Each Aramex shipment status (picked up, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, undeliverable) streams back into HIBR and notifies the customer in their preferred language and channel.
