Annual vs monthly — when each makes sense
Annual billing on Lite and Pro equals ten monthly payments — you save two months. That's 398/yr on Lite (1,990 instead of 12 × 199 = 2,388) and 998/yr on Pro (4,990 instead of 12 × 499 = 5,988). Pay annual when (a) you have predictable cash flow, (b) you are confident you will stay 12+ months, or (c) you are filing for SBR and want to bring the operating expense forward into the current tax period.
Pay monthly on Lite or Pro when (a) you are within your 30-day free trial and want to see one full VAT period close before committing, (b) you are a seasonal business with uneven cash flow, or (c) you are still comparing against another vendor and want to keep optionality. There is no penalty either way — switch to annual at any renewal.
Enterprise is annual prepayment only. There is no monthly Enterprise plan. The annual commitment ensures the dedicated CSM, custom training, and full integration scope are economically viable on our side — and that you stay long enough to realize the full ROI on your side. No hidden contract terms, no auto-renew without notice, and the price you sign at is the price you pay every renewal — forever.
The 5% VAT on subscription is included in every quoted price. Your invoice will show the AED amount and a separate VAT line — same as any other UAE-registered supplier. HIBR ERP's own TRN is on every invoice for your input VAT recovery.

Frequently asked pricing questions
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep the higher-tier features until you finish paying for them. There are no exit fees on any tier, and no penalty for going up or down. Most customers start on Lite, upgrade to Pro within 6 months as they hit the 500 transaction ceiling, and consider Enterprise around the 20-employee mark.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Setup is free on every tier — Lite, Pro, and Enterprise. Lite and Pro self-onboard through our AI migration agent — connect your current tool via API and the migration runs in roughly one hour. Enterprise additionally includes a dedicated CSM-led migration, custom chart-of-accounts mapping, three training sessions, and 90 days of priority post-migration support — all bundled at no extra cost. The data move itself is always free regardless of tier.
What's the refund policy?
Every tier includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required — if you cancel before day 30, no charge ever happens. After the trial, refunds follow the standard policy described in the Help Center.
Multi-currency — what's supported?
Lite is AED-only. Pro supports AED, USD, EUR, GBP, SAR, INR, and PKR with daily FX rates pulled from the UAE Central Bank reference rates. Enterprise supports all 150+ currencies and lets you plug in custom FX rate sources (OANDA, Bloomberg, your bank's own rate sheet). Multi-currency on Pro and Enterprise includes realised and unrealised FX gain/loss accounting compliant with IFRS reporting requirements.
Does the 199 / 499 / 14,990 include VAT?
Yes — all displayed prices are VAT-inclusive at the UAE standard rate of 5%. Your invoice will break out the net subscription and the 5% VAT on a separate line per Federal Decree-Law 8/2017 invoicing rules. HIBR ERP's own TRN is printed on every invoice for your input VAT recovery. If you are VAT-registered, you can reclaim the 5% on your next VAT 201.
Founding-customer discount — what exactly do I get?
Join the waitlist before October 2026 beta launch and you lock in 30% off Year 1 on any tier, plus founding-customer support (direct WhatsApp line to the product team), plus a guaranteed seat in the first cohort. After Year 1, you renew at standard pricing or downgrade — your call. The 30% discount applies whether you choose monthly or annual.
What if I outgrow Lite mid-year?
You upgrade. We prorate. The only thing that changes is the bill — your data stays exactly where it is. The most common upgrade path is Lite → Pro around month 5-6 when transactions cross 500/month or when WhatsApp invoicing becomes useful. The Pro → Enterprise jump usually waits until the business hits 20+ employees and starts needing SSO, custom API integrations, or multi-entity consolidation.
We do not lock data behind tier walls. Your VAT history, your audit trail, your customer ledger — all of it is portable across tiers, downloadable as CSV or Excel, and exportable to a successor system via the same API we use for migrations.
