HIBR 3D › STL File Generator From Image

STL File Generator From Image

Feed it one photo of your object and get back an STL — plus a one-click repair pass that rebuilds the mesh and reports exactly what your slicer will find. No scanner, no manual mesh-fixing.

What it is

An STL file generator from image takes a single photograph and produces an STL — the triangle-mesh format every slicer reads — instead of you modeling it by hand or running a photogrammetry rig. HIBR 3D reconstructs geometry from one photo of a single object on a plain background. A one-click Quick repair (1 credit) then welds vertices, drops stray fragments and fills holes, and reports what is still wrong; Deep repair (2 credits) runs a voxel remesh in the background to rebuild the mesh as a single solid body and reports the measured result — a repair attempt, not a promise, and you are only charged when it succeeds. Every plan ships with commercial use permitted, and you only upload images you have the rights to — every image is moderated before anything generates.

How it works

STEP 1

Describe or upload

Type a prompt or upload a single photo of one object on a plain background.

STEP 2

Generate

HIBR 3D builds the mesh and texture automatically — no modelling, no CAD, no scanner.

STEP 3

Download

Export STL for printing or GLB/OBJ for games and AR — commercial use permitted.

What you can make

Reprint a real object

Photograph a toy, trinket, or shelf piece and get an STL you can scale and print, instead of hunting for one to download.

Skip the scanner

Reconstruct from one image — no turntable, no rig, no 60-shot photogrammetry set to capture and align.

Know before you print

Run Deep repair for a single-body rebuild, then read the measured report — it tells you what PrusaSlicer or Cura will still complain about.

Start from a clean base

Generate the STL, then scale, hollow, or add supports in your slicer — it is real geometry you fully control.

Why HIBR 3D

One-click repair

Run a repair pass on the generated mesh — quick (fast cleanup) or deep (rebuilds a solid single body).

Every format

STL for printing, GLB/OBJ for games and AR — from the same model.

Commercial use permitted

What you generate is available for commercial use, on every plan.

Trust & safety built in

Every prompt and image is moderated before anything is generated.

FAQ

What photo gives the best STL?

One object, centered and fully in frame, on a plain uncluttered background with even lighting. HIBR 3D works from a single image — multi-angle sets, busy backgrounds, or two objects in one shot hurt the reconstruction.

Will the STL be repaired before I slice it?

Generation gets you a mesh; repair is a separate pass you run. Quick repair (1 credit) welds vertices, drops stray fragments and fills holes, then reports what is still wrong. Deep repair (2 credits) rebuilds the mesh as a single solid body in the background and reports the measured result — you are only charged when it succeeds.

What does one STL from a photo cost?

On the Draft tier, the image-to-3D generation is 1 credit, plus 1 credit for Quick repair or 2 for Deep repair — about 2–3 credits for a printable STL. Standard is 5 credits and Premium 8 if you want more detail. Credits come with your monthly plan — Maker $79 for 300, or Studio $199 for 1,000.

Can I sell or commercially use what I print?

Yes. Every HIBR 3D plan permits commercial use, so the STLs you generate are available for commercial use or use in a product. Upload only images you have the rights to; every image is moderated before anything generates.
